Not really a Football subject.

Fulbright has 70 plus year history of being a Great exchange of diplomacy between USA & other countries.
Unfortunately Obama hit the Fulbright with drastic $30 million budget reduction 3 years ago or WMU might have had even more Fulbright Scholars.

While WMU excels in earning Fulbright Scholar awards could it be said as well that CMU has a lock on Halfbright Scholars?

If you read this article, the reduction from Fullbright in Europe to new Fullbright programs in Asia and Africa make a lot of sense....

So, Obama's approach makes a ton of sense given the emergence of Asia and Africa as important global payers....

I read the article and knew about this months ago.
Note: The Asia & Africa programs were not part of Fulbright.
