This nothing burger of a game couldn’t have come at a better time. Now it’s time for them to focus and get rolling in conference play. Once that’s over... we can truly get a better reading of where we are as a CAA team.

Hopefully Talley will be ready to go against Delaware. Really going to need his leadership and playmaking ability on the floor.

Good to see some of the Freshman play well, but that tends to happen when you are bigger , faster , stronger than your opponent. Hopefully, it does give them some confidence though for sure. Wish we were more than 1-9 vs. D1 comp, but, it is what it is.

Yeah. That’s definitely my worry for conference play is that the size of the other team will match ours or be bigger. In that case, I feel a game like tonight is important to get the confidence in the scoring, and most importantly defense. Kalina played a lot of minutes tonight along with others that probably won’t see much court time during conference play. I was hoping the starters and primary bench players would get most of the minutes for the confidence factor. But, off we go into conference play.

Prepared for the worst, hoping for the best.

Go Seahawks.
