Will he play RB or DB, read he was trying to get a petition signed so he could play this year.

Don’t think there’s a chance he can get a yr back. I would hope it’s possible with all that’s surrounding Ole Miss that he can apply to get eligible immediately. They had him playing LB at OM, I think. If we can land Rayam, I’d put Street at RB.

Yeah that's what I'm hearing the petition is for all of UM' s transgressions. I actually like him at both spots on both sides of the ball, I'm guessing RB too. Read he started out as a DB, then moved to RB late. He could push S. Brown, or help the youth in the secondary.

Soon they will be calling us RB U. Clark hasn't met a RB he doesn't like. We just keep recruiting more of them.

I look at this way. We’ve only got 2 d1 running backs. Brown and Stanley. Lee switched from LB. Noble is a former walk on. Heath got suspended for talking back. so now when you look back on the season, we had one rb. Spencer Brown. If we truly only have one back, then we need Street, Tinch, Coates, and Morgan really bad.

RB is a position with many other possibilities like LB, DB, WR down the road. In my youth, there was an RB at Ensley HS who made a better than average LB whose name is Cornelius (Biscuit) Bennett. It all depends upon how much the kid grows during his late teens with physical training.

Yeah, I wonder where we stand now with Coates and Morgan. Does Lee go back to the defense now too.

Do you think Lee & Noble will return, after graduating today?

That's the other thing couldn't remember if was both graduating. I think Lee does at another position. Don't think Noble does in any way.

Lee would make a dangerous TE. And he's not coming off a major injury like the other guys. I'd give him a shot there during bowl practice and in the game.

Could be the next Gerald Everrett if we get him the ball.

I like the matchups that he gets while playing running back. He was really good in the running game and is getting better at pass protection when needed. I don't want to see him moved. I think he is a legit threat at running back.

This article seems to indicate he is leaving so that he can play running back and not defense. Also, mentions that he has hired an attorney so that he can be eligible immediately. With all the chaos at Ole Miss, it looks the NCAA will be very lenient on players who transfer. Could be a great backup to Spencer Brown.

Especially when we are in on some legit LBs right now. Holding on to hope of landing Rayam.
