I thought KE didn't have an offense? He just sat in the press box and read the newspaper while NB made all offensive decisions. That's what we've been reading from most Troy fans on here so far right........

He didn’t call the plays but I’m sure Vic Knows his coaching abilities

And that’s not what KE said... he said he WILL be calling his own plays in a interview yesterday...said he was excited to get back down on the field again and call plays

KE called the offensive plays from 2010-2014. Most of that was losing seasons

He didn't call the plays, but he analyzed the defense and told NB what they were doing (which is much harder than you think). NB used that to call plays. If you truly don't think that had any impact on your offense or that you guys lost for all those years because his offense was that bad, I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. You'll do fine without him, we'll do fine with him. Like I said, it's a win for both of us.

He will not be calling NBs plays at South. He will be calling Steve Campbell's plays. And the advantage of knowing Vic works both ways. I don't think there will be much of an advantage either way.

Also remember Matt Moore our other OC was on the field.

KE was up in the box

Either way yes, he will probably improve your offense. But given what you had that’s not hard to do
