RE: Ya Got Snow?
There was about an inch on the car at my place in Houston. It accumulated on the vegetated ground. First I've seen here in 10 years.

Supposed to get 2-4" around my house today/tomorrow now. Believe 4-7" for Boone now.

My aunt in Lafayette said they cancelled schools last night due to the word. Don't know if anything actually got on the ground there.

RE: Ya Got Snow?
Just started a light snow in Atlanta. The roads are around 50 degrees and the air temp isn't below freezing so this should have much affect until tomorrow morning when the temps drop in the 20's. They didn't even close the schools which tells you we don't expect much of a problem in the metro area. In the North GA mountains it will be a different issue.

Yep, started early today. When I drove to work this morning is was a mixture of larger and smaller snow and drizzle at different point along the drive. Like most snows in this area it won't stay on the ground long. We are supposed to get to freezing temperatures at points over the next two nights.

Yep! My wife and I often go down to your neck of the woods for Saturday morning breakfast at Baby Barnaby's.

We're expecting snow, overnight, in the Coastal Bend. Corpus Christi is on the same latitude as Tampa Bay, so you can figure how far south we sit. They're already opening schools 2 hours late and breaking into the NFL game with weather updates. For a northerner, it's always fun to watch them go bonkers.

Ended up with 5 3/4 inches of snow, measured on the roof of our car. 5 1/4 inches on the truck, 4 7/8 in the backyard.

Enjoy! It's coming down still here in Bamboo, NC near Boone. We have probably 5" as of now. I love snow.

Just measured an average of 6.2" at the house in my side of Boone. And, still falling heavily.

Saw pictures from family in Rio Grande Valley this morning. Niece made a snowma in San Juan, Weird weather. We got snow here in Atlanta but its turned to rain now at least south of Downtown.

Down in southeast Alabama we got lots of it.

Lots of rain. The cold, miserable, not-fun kind of rain.
