Sorry I think the turnovers will just keep coming. For his career he is 179 assist to 199 turnovers. So he is who he is at this point.

He's never had anyone that could take his spot if he turned it over until now. If he continues to be that guy he won't play, it's as simple as that. Players can improve a lot when they know their playing time is on the line. I'm not ready to write him off.

One thing is for sure Mick I think has him on a short leash if he does turn it over Jennifer is right there.

it's convenient that i agree with you as this was the first post i saw. mick's got his hands full with trying to work with this talent. i've said it in the past and dammit you know i'll say it again, now we'll see what kind of coach mick is.
but yeah, i don't think jenifer ever had any intention of transferring. he be all, "shhhii... cane whom?" but i imagine that they are very cordial, even chummy with each other i dare say, and make each other better basketballers.
steve logan blew up when he quit eating mayonnaise, while they are slightly different players, perhaps this is the year jenifer becomes conference player of the year. i honestly didn't know he had a weight issue. or maybe that's only doss saying that. he likes his pointmen to look like pointerdogs
that's right

Gary Clark has one game over 30 minutes this year, and he put up 24/14.
I think it's hard to go in with 5 equal guys, and this season I think Cronin's goal is to establish Gary Clark first and foremost, it's Gary Clark's team this year and it should be. He's the guy that can be our All-American this year.
This relates to Broome, as he has to learn to be a bit of a role player. On that note, Broome is hitting 50% from the field, has a 26% Assist percentage. He's got some steals. He just gambles too much, and he had to at SH, if he can play within himself and keep the shooting high, he's going to be great for us. The game will slow down for him.
Solid post, and I concur. We'll are about to get a taste of Broome's true impact this weekend. Kind of hard to judge with him logging 20 minutes against the Coppin and Alabama State's of the schedule.
FWIW, XU has struggled against the smaller, quicker game the past season or two. I would not be surprised to see one or both of Broome/Jennifer to have strong performances.
remembers those shorts. I think they later inspired RENO 911 police lt. to wear them with his badge. haha
