RE: UAB vs. OU in BAHAMAS
That makes sense. They want to announce the bowl ASAP for travel purposes and Ohio will not be the MAC champion so no reason to wait.

RE: UAB vs. OU in BAHAMAS
UAB is the feel-good story of the year, making a bowl game so soon after the Alabama Board of Trustees attempted to kill off the program in a brazen display of pettiness. There might be a little extra buzz surrounding this bowl as a result. It's a great storyline.

For the love of God OU, please don't lose to a program that's basically coming off a self-inflicted death penalty and already lost to Ball State this season.

Bahamas bowl is starting to grow on me. The coaches and players seem to enjoy making the trip. Hope it sticks around after the next negotiation period.

Agreed.

Ohio, please don't lose to a program that just returned to action after not having football for two entire years.

UAB is a solid opponent. Go enjoy the game, the surroundings and don't be bitter. UAB is actually one of the cooler stories from this football season if the P5-obsessed media would take a look.

CUSA was significantly lower rated than the MAC this season.
