Are you seriously going to argue that Lester has "developed" 2 quarterbacks (very debatable), but pretend like Fleck had nothing to do with Zach Terrell's development? That is laughable if I'm interpreting your comment correctly. 
Yes I am. Cubit had a track record of developing QBs. Terrell wasn’t a complete neophyte. Imagine if he’d run Terrell off as he initially tried to do.
