I think the crowd is going to be fine Saturday, even with the rain. We would have had 45-50K with a good forecast though. It really is amazing....the hourly forecast is only calling for decent chances of rain during the game.
Been that way every rain game this year. Only rainy during the game. Then clears out after the game.
Forecast is actually improving a little bit....now looking more windy with a quick rain band moving through sometime in the afternoon.
Good deal. It would be great if it would stall out for Saturday night
It would be great. $$

Would you bring your kid to get sick? No. If you are and Ole miss or ARK or Bama, or TENN or Miss ST fan would you sit in the rain for the Tigers? NO. ? If you are a young generation person and an old couple gave you tickets because they were too tired, would you go and sit in the rain in their place? NO.
There are all sorts of reasons why people won't come to a game because its raining. You say No excuse? those are just a few.
SO if it rains be happy with the 30000 die hards and let it ride.
If you are and Ole miss or ARK or Bama, or TENN or Miss ST fan... and you lived in Oxford, Tuscaloosa, Knoxville, or Starkville respectively, would you let the rain keep you from attending the game? History says no. That's our problem. We are not a P5 fan base yet. We have a long way to go.
You don't go from 20-25k to 45-50k overnight. It takes time....we keep winning over the next 5-7 years and it will happen.
Also feel that coaching carousel has an slight impact as well......

They averaged 40K during the DeAngelo Williams/Danny Wimprine years.
The weather is a lame excuse for not coming. I've been at Lambeau Field in 18 degrees and high winds and CenturyLink in the pouring down rain. I've seen so many Tiger games in the pouring down rain and freezing cold that I've lost count. This is the best four year run in Tiger history and it's absolutely embarrassing that the team is lucky to average 25k this season.

Yuck
Now 60% chance at kick off
90% at noon
Cold wind and cloudy after rain stops
Maybe it moves through a little earlier? Later?
Between our AAC TV schedule of Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday mornings, and the rain. This has been the worst season ever to attend games at the Liberty Bowl. Except, of course, we have a great team.

Our administration is doing us no favors by reporting turnstile numbers versus tickets sold/distributed. Every other school only reports tickets sold.

I'm starting a GoFundme for those $10k spots next year, you want in?

I've been to high school games in Iowa that sell out when it's 18. But people are different in different areas and up here they walk around with their tongues hanging out when it's 85 and slightly humid for 3 days in July, but they don't cancel recess at school unless the wind chill is zero or lower. But they cancel the unairconditioned schools if it gets in the upper 80s in September due to the heat.
So, different strokes . . . . .

Down to 40% at kickoff and noon. Hopefully it keeps moving further back. Still showing upper 80s at 1.

RE: 50K THISSaturday - WEATHER SUX
From the weather pro
I'm a U of M grad, Tiger fan, and local meteorologist, operating MemphisWeather.net. Here's my latest just-the-facts forecast for Saturday's game. A few hit-and-miss showers are possible on Tiger Lane Saturday morning with temps in the 60s. Expect southwest wind gusting to 25-30 mph however. (Tie down those tents!) A fast-moving cold front will move through during the game (between about noon-2pm) with a quick-hitting line of rain showers and a possible t'storm. The main line of rain won't last long, then it's over for the afternoon. Wind shifts to the northwest and remains gusty throughout the afternoon at maybe 25-35 mph. Temps will fall to the mid 50s by the end of the game. Total rainfall around 0.25".
In other words, it will not be an all-day rain-out, severe weather is not expected outside of those strong wind gusts, and the temps won't be bad. Grab your poncho and get out and support the Tigers! And tell your friends that an 60-80% chance of rain just means it WILL rain at some point, but not all day! :-) I'll post additional updates the next couple days (and beyond!) on MemphisWeather.net on Facebook and @memphisweather1 on Twitter. Go Tigers!"

Also looks like only a few sections have low availability. Most have mid to low availability, a few its mid to big availability and a few as you mentioned with high availability. No idea what is normal.
