I agree this whole situation, with the Governor and the Uniquely appointed BoT and the poor interim President that all this fell in his lap sounds like a conspiracy.

Perhaps we should call it the “L files”.

Pitino officially is now suing the UofL for $37+ million, the value of the remainder of his contract. I still think that this whole situation could have been handled a lot better & that these lawsuits could have been avoided. When you go into attack mode from the start lawsuits tend to become unavoidable.
