It won't end up mattering unless SMU makes the AAC title game, but thanks for officially killing our NY6 chances...

Meanwhile, CMU is taking it to the Eagles and might just knock them out of a bowl. Would be big for Miami, playing a less motivated EMU makes it a lot easier for us to get to six especially with Ball State as our final game.

EMU making a comeback, the Chips are doing their best 4th quarter Miami impression right now.

As for the topic of the thread, I do think this could be the year OU breaks the streak.

Great win for Ohio! That makes two straight against Toledo for the first time since the late 60's.

I was very impressed with the defense and Toledo had no answer for the running game. 393 rushing yards?!?!?

Ohio now needs to take care of business against Akron and Buffalo and try to stay healthy for the MACC. 04-rock

His nickname at Nebraska wasn’t Fearless Frankie for nothing.

WE LOVE FRANK! once he retires (03-hissyfit) I hope the university will honor him by naming the field after him or something along those lines. I'm sure they won't change the name of the stadium, but this man needs to be honored by OHIO after everything he's done for our football program - even if he never wins us that elusive MAC title.

RE: Ohio - Toledo
He did what Jamaal Williams did last year to us. Or what Marc Walton for Miami did to us... Basically if you can run on us, you can beat us. Akron, CMU, and NIU dont match up well with Toledo. Ohio and WMU do. I posted prior to the game that rushing offenses beat us, Ohio is not.... I Did not do enough research. Thats our biggest and easiest exploited weakness. A team like Troy would give us fits in a bowl game.
