RE: C-USA Championship Race (10/15/17)
Our new AD, Wren Baker, had a record setting first year in fundraising.
Quote:North Texas Athletics announced several revenue highlights Tuesday, including a record fundraising year with $8.9 million in cash and pledges secured by the athletic department.
---
Licensing and royalty revenue also hit an all-time high while seeing an increase of 9 percent for the fiscal year, totaling $321,569 in royalties and over $2.6 million in total sales. North Texas ranked second out of nine Conference USA IMG College Licensing partners in royalties for 2016-17.

"We are excited to see across the board increases in our revenue stream," said Baker. "We will remain focused on growing our donor base and season ticket base which is critical to meet our strategic goals. I am confident Mean Green Nation is up to the challenge."
