I don't think I've seen an App team consistently look so abjectly horrible and in the same game, more strong and determined. We are going to get hammered by somebody for this if App can't play 4 quarters. Wow.

I wouldn't say we got lucky. We played fantastic in the second half. Now we just need to start doing that for full games.

Red Wolves are the best team in this conference...again. A lot of people here don't want to admit it. I had them #1 before we lost to USA, and it looks like they're well on their way to another championship.

What has Arkansas State done this year so far that is oh so impressive? Not that App State has been that special. It's maybe the weakest 4-2 in college football, but it's still 4-2. Arkansas State has looked as beatable as App, Troy, or anyone else.

We give Idaho two 1st half possessions deep in our territory which resulted in scores. We had terrible field position the entire first half. We make great defensive adjustments at the half and shut Idaho's offense down. Finally got good field position in the 3rd qtr and took advantage of it. Yeah, we got lucky.

Holy crap, what happened Idaho? I checked the score at halftime, then just rechecked it now....

Gotta say App's defense really stepped up in the 2nd half. Sims and Boggs played like beasts. I just wish we could explain how bad the offense looks at times. They looked like Savannah State in the first half.
