ECU 39,609 (3 games)
Houston 37,642 (2 games)
UCF 36,043 (2 games)
Cinci 33,284 (2 games)
Memphis 32,713 (3 games)
Navy 31,777 (2 games)
South Fla. 28,730 (3 games)
Temple 27,351 (3 games)
SMU 21,506 (4 games)
UConn 19,236 (2 games)
Tulsa 19,046 (3 games)
Tulane 16,292 (2 games)

So the conference as a whole is averaging approximately 26k with those attendance numbers? 04-jawdrop 03-shhhh

Multiple schools were negatively impacted by weather/rescheduling. 07-coffee3

Yeah, UCF lost out on their 2 biggest gates of the year:

Week 2: Parents Weekend for Primetime game vs Memphis
Week 3: First ever home game vs Georgia Tech

That will hurt the bottom line at the end of the year.

memphis doesn’t even know what a hurricane is. We’ll see how attendance is after they ran into that hurricane in Orlando.

...our attendance is down roughly 30% despite having a better team.

It gets worse, too. Our first conference home game is before a storm. There will be crickets at the stadium.

For sure. Bad team+bad opponent+fall break = Tumbleweeds.

With that being said, we'll be there....screaming like idiots.

The GT game was easily going to sell out. Not playing will hurt avg attendance for rest of year.

The only real surprise here is SMU. I'm surprised more people aren't showing up.

They should be by shortly with their reconciling items. Tornado, economic crisis, slept wrong the night before, female issues, parking availability, jury duty, game was inconveniently on a Saturday, stadium condemned, bad gas...

Wow, a fall break? I would have loved that as an undergrad.

Rutgers, Class of 1987. No fall break, we didn't start until after Labor Day.

Ah gotcha. Also, just to be clear, it's not a whole week like Spring break. It's usually a day or two on either end of a weekend. Just enough for the students to leave town.

We had a Fall break on Mon/Tues to offset the Wed/Thurs/Fri we had off for Thanksgiving.

Full week off in the Fall. Full week off in the Spring.

ECU 39,609 (3 games)
Houston 37,642 (2 games)
UCF 36,043 (2 games)
Cinci 33,284 (2 games)
Memphis 32,713 (3 games)
Navy 31,777 (2 games)
South Fla. 28,730 (3 games)

UConn 19,236 (2 games)
Tulsa 19,046 (3 games)
Tulane 16,292 (2 games)

Impressive, considering UCF has the most expensive tickets in the conference yet they're near the top. East Carolina is impressive as well, though their tickets are 33% cheaper than UCF's. Houston is also doing well considering their pricing. A quick glance through the official team websites shows the following starting pricing for reserved seating:

$45 UCF
$40 Navy
$30 East Carolina
$30 Houston
$29 Cincinnati
$25 Memphis
$25 South Florida
$20 Temple
$20 Tulane
$20 UConn
$19 SMU
$15 Tulsa
