I'm not the guy that ever toots our horn, but Marshall's defense is scary. The secondary is maturing week to week. When that comes together as a veteran squad, I'd say by week 5-6, it will be very tough to score on us. They learned a lot about defending the option vs NC State and got another seminar vs Kent. Very pleased with our D. Now if we can find an offense of any kind we should be set. Really liking our latest add at RB, King. That's a name people will want to remember.

You must have been too busy watching your game this evening, our offense right now isn't anything to write home about. I don't know if our offense is any better than last year at this moment. We can't rush the ball with any consistency.

Now, our defense appears to have returned. I think we have the athletes and players that probably put us back in the conversation of having the league's top defense. But is that enough?

Nice come back Tech.... this one stings a little, coach hopefully learning from his stupid mistakes and WKU can get back on track

I can't imagine Stockstill being out for much longer. My guess is he'll probably be back for the conference opener but that's just a hope. Rib injury, according to reports. He needs to stop getting so banged up though.
