Whether it be players selection, game plan, play calling, not liking any of what I see. It's becoming clear Lester does not have the same Quality of support staff as we had last year whether it be defensive or offense of coordinators. Personally I think the game plan sucks.

Can't disagree. We should have hired Ciarrocca as Head Coach like some of us suggested. Less of a transition and the players knew him. But it is what it is.

The team looks completely ill prepared and flat. Starts at the top and goes down to the lowest position

If only Lester had a good assortment of players to move forward with this team. Oh wait, he was stacked at every position besides QB and WR and somehow can't coach up offense

Thank God for Darius. He is truly a game changer. Hopefully we can gain some confidence and move forward from this point

We never should have hired someone who never would've been on any other FBS school's short list, coming off a Cotton Bowl bid. Sorry, the guy seems like a really great dude, but it's the truth.

I knew we were going to have issues when TL hired all his buddies that were on Cubit's staff. They should have been persona non grata after WMU showed him the gate.

Okay. So you have a QB that is getting into a rhythm, and then you hand the ball off twice in a row after a quick 3 and out. Stopping your own momentum

Not to mention the multiple times every single short sheet says go for two and he kicks the extra point... missing one... head scratcher....

Not going for two early was a good decision, not a bad one. He went for it when it made sense and it was successful.

Same group of Fleckdashians who were all googlie-eyed when Peej's staff squeaked by an 8 win OU team and a 3 win Kent. I didn't hear any calls for wholesale changes.

Lester beats a 9-4 Idaho team and the arm chair Fleck brigade wants wholesale firings. 03-lmfao

I know you're the undisputed king of spin, but this Idaho team that lost 44-16 to UNLV (at home!) is not winning 9 games.

Getting so old, friend.

Fleck leaving pissed me off, but the facts of the case are these: Only bowl win? Fleck was coach. New Year's Six bowl game? Fleck was coach. Undefeated season and first MAC championship since 88? Fleck was coach.

All of this whining, potshot-taking, and revisionist history is extremely sad. IF you are the original ChipDip (and I seriously have my doubts), all of your PJ-centered posts are the equivalent of a RB getting up and talking sh!t to a linebacker after picking up a first down, while trailing 55-7 in the 4th.

Put it to rest, and focus on ACTUAL analysis, because you're actually pretty good at that. This "PJ is the cause of all our ills" stuff, makes you look like the Bonamego of posters.

Pretty much the same Idaho team that gave up 59 and 56 in its first 2 last year, and then ripped off 8-2.

You don't know at this point if they're that 9 win team or not. You're just slobbering over the idea that things would be different with Peej. Peej looked like crap in the MACC. Looked like crap against Kent, and looked marginally respectable against WI, thanks to CD turning a sure pick into a TD. We weren't in that game any more than we were in the MSU game.

I live in Realville. You live on fantasy island where a dreamy coach springles fairy dust in your eyes and blurres reality.

OK. By your exact logic, that MSU game was against a 3-9 team. So even if you agree we were "just as much in that game"...

Come on dude.

You are a sad man.

I wish you would go back to being the good poster we all know you can be.
