Suffered a severe rib injury early in the 4th qtr against Syracuse last week.

Not playing today and probably not for a few weeks.

Don't expect much today from MT.

It happened on a designed run play. And it was a late hit (that wasn't called). I would say that's on Tony Franklin.

To make matters even better Richie James has been taken to the locker room. I guess we want to see how fast the season can fall apart.

This game is over then, without Stockstill or James, Middle has no chance. As much as I despise MTSU athletics, we need these kind of wins. Hoping for a miracle.

He's back already, but has been getting limited touches and appears to still be bothered by his foot/ankle

Well WRs have played like crap and we have no RB. So it is going about as well as you can imagine.

It's been bad, but not as bad as I thought when I saw Richie go down early. But I fully expect Minn to blow this game open pretty soon

I saw him in on one play after the injury. Didn't see him for most of the second qtr and hasn't been on the field to start the second half.

And to top it off, our best defensive player missed the first half.

Oh, well -- if Brent doesn't come back for a while another 6-6 year and McPhee gets to spend our tax dollars in the Bahamas Bowl again.
