Stadium
Anyone been watching? I have been really impressed with the channel so far. They have some professional programming and actually show highlights from the day's games. I follow them on Twitter and you can watch it live right there in the app. It's a good option if you're sick of the garbage on ESPN.

Not hard to get it to TV. The future is here.

RE: Stadium
Can I watch it on FireStick with the Stadium App ?

Or do I need to use the Twitter App on FireStick ?

Also, what has become of the local ASN channel on Comcast ? I have DirectTV and haven't checked out the digital channel in quite some time.

They don't have an app for Firestick that I know of. Stadium is on Pluto TV that has an app for Firestick, Roku, and Apple TV.

Gotcha. I do have the Pluto App on Firestick.

All of this a bit confusing to me, as you can tell.

So far I haven't had any problem watching all of the C-USA games on Direct and/or WatchESPN app.

Is it a pay site? I see it advertised for $4.99 a month. I don't have a Twitter account.

You do not have to have a Twitter account to use it, I don't believe.

So far none of these games have been on Direct TV Sports Package, that was what I was used to watching before this season...

I haven't bought the sports package yet -- dropped it at the end of hoops season.

But so far, all of the C-USA OOC games I've wanted to see have been on Direct regular package and/or WatchESPN. Hope it continues, but I bet not, once conference games get into full gear.

No. They have Stadium regular and Stadium premium. Unless you want to get down with some super cool Mountain West, West Coast, or Patriot League stuff you don't need Stadium premium.

I have had no issues with Pluto.tv app on phone and then throwing it over to Chromecast when I wanted it on my tv.

I believe the Western vs La Tech game and ODU vs North Carolina game are going to be on Stadium this weekend.

That's exactly what I do. The Pluto app is free if anyone was wondering. A must have app if you are a cord cutter.

We have 2 games on BEIN later on in the season so might get it then and hopefully see a few of our basketball games I cannot attend on FCS too...

Just warched a nice segment on the upcoming La Tech/Westen game. They had La Tech's coach on for about a 7 minute interview.

Also, Stadium has there Where to Watch menu on the website. There is a pdf of the TV OTA stations that will be broadcasting the Stadium network. Some list may not yet be broadcasting yet but will be soon. (i.e. I called my local Amarillo station that was listed for Stadium and they told me they are not broadcasting yet but are working to get it done for this weekend if not the next weekend. So be patient and call the local station to verify when they will start broadcastings.

Yes they are and I'm fortunate that a southern Wisconsin indy tv station contracted with Stadium and both of those games will be available OTA and on my Dish service as one of the local area channels. I also had the privilege of watchin the USM vs Southern game.
