Will go up early and tailgate like the proletariats. Of course out of the trunk of a Bentley one has Caviar on toast points, pate foie gras , cold filet sandwiches and a nice bottle of bubbles.

No need to announce your tailgate car and meal. The paparazzi will report on this event for us plebians...

RE: Screw it - let's go to Oxford
I'm driving up in the afternoon. It seems this is their homecoming game, so I expect a pretty full crowd (even though Bearcat fans may still be the majority). Week 3 sure is early for homecoming though.

Miami probably wanted a full stadium on Homecoming to create photo ops for their alumni magazine and student recruitment. If they had Eastern Michigan for Homecoming they'd have to photoshop fans into most of the seats.

Nice
Like you, I also believe its good to mingle with the salt of the earth, on rare occasion of course. It allows people like us to stay in touch with the unwashed masses; To stay up on what is going on with the common folk in the world. And its good for them as well- they look up to us so it gives them an annual highlight to look forward too.

I always bring plenty of hand sanitizer of course.

Is that cavier stuff better on tortilla chips or ruffles? I might want to mix with some chili carn queso first.

Good recipe! But would give me a case of the winds for a week.

Or as doss might put it:
A warm breeze off the terrace.

Gotta love Diamond Doss. He brings a sense of wealthy sophistication to our Board. BTW. You won't miss him at the game - he'll be dressed in a Bearcats Tuxedo.
