The thing is, the media and us fans have been so focused on the players that the Broncos lost from last year that they forgot to look at who we DO have and all that young talent that has barely seen the field yet. We saw on the field tonight that the future is bright.

What?? Im definitely not a fleck fan any longer and was only implying that I hope we put a licking on Sparty...where in that post did I talk about how I miss fleck....

He made a similar comment out of left field on one of my posts here a while back and took the screen shot to his social media account. It's actually that Fleck is always in his head not anything you or I even implied.

Jeez guys you dont have to express your man love for Fleck literally, it's dripping off you. For example, when you say, "If we lose to Sparty we take a major step backwards," you're trying to downplay any success we may have.

And when you said, "I hope we handle MSU like we did Illinois," you're reminding us that your mancrush beat a Pig 10 team.

Telling us it's hard to let go is the funniest thing I've ever read. Everybody on this board was talking about the current team & the current HC today. Nobody brought up PJ. The only one that can't let go is you. For whatever reason, you thought PJ was going to be a bad coach at WMU. You were proven completely wrong and it's not up for debate at this point. This isn't an ongoing discussion that you might still win. The results are in. It's over. You lost. He completely turned around our program and now Coach Lester is going to keep it going. It's a great time to be a WMU football fan. Listen to your own words and let go of the past. Nobody else wants to keep having this debate, so do yourself and all of us a favor and stop. Let's RIDE!

I really liked the uniforms, I really liked the coaching attire. I also like that the offense still looked very much at times scheme wise like last years, but also with some "conservative trickery" designed to not take too much time. It will be interesting to see how the offensive game plan starts to expand after game two. It seems to be human nature among the media and fans to ask what is wrong with this player or that when they don't play up to the hype, rather than to compliment the other side.

Good quote in the LA times from one USC player who said "They just came out and took it to us..."

I agree. A very good team, and underrated if you ask me. Had a damn good chance at the upset all the way till the last 4-5 minutes of the game. Can definitely see being in the top 25 before the end of the season.

Bronco Nation, EMU fan here. I wanted to congratulate you on an awesome game played against USC. It was amazing!!!! WMU played them even through 3 quarters and if WMU could have gotten a lucky break in the 4th quarter, you would have had perhaps the greatest victory in MAC history.

WMU is probably the team to beat in the MAC and EMU is looking forward to your visit to the factory.
