Been having people from MI (Lansing) down for training for 3 weeks at my workplace. The banter has been great. They automatically assume everyone is an O$U fan, then it dawns on them that there are plenty of UC fans that are dedicated. Then they realize that their coach was former UC HC. Then they put our somewhat recent "BCS success" in FB together with our BB reputation and they get a better understanding. Add the geographic proximity of O$U and UK fans that we have to deal with plus the heartwarming story of (Jimmy) Nippert Stadium (Wrigley Field of CFB) and they're stoked. Hardcore.

That DL is better than probably 10 NFL teams at this point.

Also, JK Dobbins looks like Barry Sanders at Okie State. Super shifty (his jump cut is incredible), great out of the backfield and vision well beyond his years. Mike Weber may need to transfer soon...wouldn't mind seeing if he's interested in coming a bit further south.

Meanwhile, up the road Toledo ran roughshod through Elon...two 100 yard rushers (RS freshman and true sophomore), two 100 yard receivers (true sophomore and senior), and a return TD. Plus Logan Woodside was as advertised.

One thing's for sure, Jason Candle is going to make one program around here very happy in a year or two (still think he would've been great here as well).

There was a play where two IU linemen went down for chop blocks and both OSU d-linemen jumped right over them and applied pressure to the QB leading to a botched interception. It was amazing.

I didn't even realize OSU was playing yesterday until someone told me they were down at one point to IU. I doubt many people watching their game knew that UC was playing either. Different worlds, I guess.
