Hats off to Kos for losing all that weight and making the decision to live.

RE: Great Piece on Ryan Koslen
As someone who lost 75 pounds a couple years ago, I know how hard it is. Between the copious amounts of beer and food, tubas know how to pack on the pounds. It was a brutal process to completely change my lifestyle.

Congratulations to Ryan Koslen! His weight loss is on a whole other level. It's amazing to see that picture of him in the article.

I guess this means we'll be seeing a lot less Koz. 04-cheers

When I ran into him last Spring and noticed how much weight he had already lost, I assumed he's had bariatric surgery. Good to hear he was able to accomplish this without resorting to an operation. Takes a lot of willpower but he'll be much better off in the long run.

Good for him. As a Person also that has weight issues my whole life I know what he feels like both his old self and his new self.

Bill Koch is really showing his versatility as a writer now and not just a mouth piece for the daily rag. Previously, all he would do is give the score and attendance. Congratulations, Bill.

RE: Great Piece on Ryan Koslen
That's a great story.

This part made me laugh, because it's one of those bad things that I would probably do if I was entering a weight loss program: "I went up five pounds in a week," he said. "I knew I was starting the program and I knew it was gonna be hard. There were things I wanted to binge on one last time. I still remember the last real meal I ate before I started. It was tacos at Chuy's. I haven't been back since, but it was good."

Not sure if it is Ryan's job, but now that he is no longer "mailing it in" he can get someone to put up to date scores of other games on the new scoreboard.
