Surprised Franklin would go there. The guy that was kicked out of FSU is better and has been in camp.

Probably coming in as a WR TBH. We are a little thin on playmakers there.

When you are in the boat most of us are in you have to take chances on talent. Then a few years down the line you build piece by piece till one day. You take less and less of the head cases that can't make it some place else.

BTW the kid (QB) FAU got from FSU gives every appearance of being a good kid that just made a bad decision. A reaction decision. Pulling for him to have a great season...other than when FAU plays Western.

After reading the headline I was picturing this:

Franklin is a spoiled brat he may not last or probably wont be very productive

It is certainly going to be tough to learn a new position and system this late in the game.

Has last chance u picked a school yet? I feel like FAU might work for them.

I know WKU took a lot of headcases while we built up our program. It's what ya gotta do to succeed so more power to you FAU. We gotta do what we gotta do to win at our level. FAU will be interesting to watch this year. Nobody knows how it'll go.

We are doing what most schools would do in their position. FAU opened the flood gates with the hiring of Kiffin, now we are experiencing a flood of second-chancers. Let's see if it works out for us. I sure hope so, I just don't know if Kiffin can coach all these guys.

If it wasn't for Last Chance U, FAU wouldn't have very many blue chip athletes. Basically, he had no standard and is bringing in dudes he can win with so he can get that p5 job. APR? What's that? He could care less. Moral character with a good work ethic? Please. What would he care? He doesn't have that himself. So get ready for thugdom. I'm not worried about facing them as a team because they probably won't play like one. They are in that spot for a reason.

D'Andre should be their guy. He has the most sense out of all of em. Franklin should be a WR and will be the no. 3. The Oklahoma kid might get the nod but if he does. D'Andre and Franklin could bolt. Getting these kids looks flashy but they aren't stable. Watch Last Chance U.

Kiffin doesn't care. It's all about him. It might go well but Whalen he bolts, there won't be anything left.

He is having a heck of a time trying to separate himself from Driskell. It is not a foregone conclusion that he will start. And Franklin is not going to be #3, he will, most likely, be a WR. That's it.
