Predictions from ESPN for all the bowls. Says the UT-Appalachian State game "is one of the better Group of Five bowl matchups" and that the Rockets will win 38-29.

cbssports.com writer ranks the 39 bowls. UT's matchup with Appalachian State ranked 11th. And check out what the writer says about the bowl he ranked #37.
