To pass #17 OSU Zanesville. Can't let #10 MU-Hamilton leave them behind like that.

Just an FYI but Zanesville is an Ohio University campus along with Ironton, Chillicothe, Lancaster and Belmont. You might be thinking about Newark.

Just laughing at the Ohio list...the comments for the 31st school on the list are pretty much the same as the ones for the 1st on the list.
The best comment is for the Air Force Institute of Technology, on the Wright-Pat Air Force base..."I went to the sports facility indoors it was really nice and I enjoyed the view of the mountains behind the campus"...this is Ohio you're speaking about, are you sure you're on the right planet?

We're also lucky we don't do what Indiana did, with Indiana University and Purdue University working together with some baby schools like IUPUI and IUPUFW
Could you imagine if Youngstown State and Bowling Green got together and put a school in Madison-on-the-Lake? BGSUYSUMOTL - the abbreviation would be longer than some school names. Or Ohio State and University of Cincinnati at Kettering? OSUCK?

I love this comment for #15, the College for Creative Studies. The responder gave it 4 stars with "I love this school even though it can kind of be awful" - and that's 20 positions above Eastern Michigan

RE: 2017 Top Public Universities - Ohio
IMO, this site is inaccurate (for MI). Kalamazoo college (private school; not the CC) is actually a pretty elite college. In general, it's always ranked higher than MSU (not as fruitful, but more "elite")... while CMU is HARDER to get in at only 69%? University of Detroit isn't on the 1st page list, either.
Calvin College is ranked Really high for #4 (right after UM, MSU, and Mich Tech), for needing a 20 on the ACT and a 2.5 GPA (2.0 if transferring from a 4 year college). However, it does "rank" #97 out of 1,191 for "most attractive men", according to this site, and it is expensive -- so I guess that bumps it up.

I knew it was inaccurate as soon as I saw Miami outranked Ohio as a top party school....

Ouch. I had always viewed it kind of like this:
1.) UofM
2.) Michigan St
3.) Western Michigan / Michigan Tech / Wayne St
And wow, Grand Valley St at #18? They're killing the Grand Rapids market.
