New Court Design
Nice, clean, a little boring. Maybe I'll get my scales next design.

Drexel & Dragons should be in Navy. Gold is too hard to see. I wasn't a fan of the old court the way the flame went off of the court and some of the Drexel Dragons was in Blue and some was in gold. This is a much classier look.

To me boring is good when it comes to basketball courts.

Agreed the colors should swap on drexel and dragons. Its a good look. I hated the watermark look originally, but it grew on me and I became fine with it. This is a perfectly good look too. I agree boring is just fine. We have one of the best logos in college sports, where boring still looks great. Sometimes its just "keep it simple, stupid!"

That is exactly what I had in mind (along with Oregon's court) when I said boring is good.

When you're watching a game on JMU's court, it looks like a giant puked on it. The JMU design is a complete joke. When watching basketball, a cleaner, classier look is much better on the eyes.

I like it. Agree that simple, clean is good. Maybe the "x" and the room at the top mean that we'll finally have space for a traditional sub-in-waiting at center court?

Looks like they got the center logo and CAA marks to match and maybe the baselines but they can't be seen, but wish they had kept "Sam Cozen Court" and "Daskalakis Athletic Center" where they were shown in the render. Also seems like they went full light finished wood instead of the various shades of finish they showed in the render (maybe the angle). Not sure if this is the 100% finalized product, but if it is, I'm a bit underwhelmed.

Agree on both fronts in regards to the name of the building and court as well as the shade of wood used.

The floor is very light but perhaps it is more just the picture than how it will look in person/on TV. Hopefully the product on top of the floor will be improved over the past few years. If you haven't already, check out the latest podcast from Dragonscast with Major and Elgin, they seem very encouraged about the coming year's team. They were especially high on Tramaine Isabell.

I LOVED your old court design. This one isn't nearly as bad as JMU's, but I think it's a bit worse than the previous design.

I HATED it initially, but it grew on me to where I thought it was pretty good. I was ok with going simpler as well, but there were definitely some features that were really nice on the last design that they changed here that does not look nearly as nice.
