Just finished watching the Havoline College Football Report and the Dabo Sweeney / Clemson segment. Toured the Football facility. Bowling Alley, Electronic Games, Basketball Shoot, Putt-Putt Golf, Whiffleball diamond, Dining Facility.

They must have a lot of spare time.

I could find a lot to love for $2mil a year. Prolly even call a hog for $4

Dana Altman didn't care much for it. Hopefully Norvell will wait for a better opportunity.

what would be a better opportunity?

In the last 25 seasons they have ended the season ranked 5 times and are 8-8 in bowl games. None of their coaches has gone on to a better job and you can argue that the job is a coach's graveyard; a destination job in the wrong way. The only coach that might have done better was Petrino if it wasn't for the scandal.

None of their other coaches (Ford, Nutt, Smith, and certainly not Bielsma) landed an equal or better job after being the coach there.

Lou Holtz went on t win a NC at Notre Dame after being fired from Arkansas and would have been the irish all time winningest coach but they didn't want anybody breaking Rockne's record so they let him go when the NCAA started sniffing around South Bend.
