Bogan Walking Boot
My son was at the youth camp friday. Jamauri Bogan was helping and wore a boot. Was in good spirits but visibly limping. Hoping it's not a problem because this could be a huge year for him and he's a good kid.

Hmmmm...
On a possibly related note, our week 1 pointsptead against USC has been bet all the way up to 26 now. That's a 6.5 point move off the opener of 19.5.
No other game in the country has moved that much off its opening number.
I mention that in this thread because these early numbers usually get bet by people who have some kind of inside info on injuries, etc.
I wonder if someone knows something we don't? :/

While that would really suck, it is a position where we have a ton of depth.

It could very well be, also, that the sharps (the professional, big $$ gamblers) are sitting back letting the squares (think Walmart gear fans of UM and USC) who think of WMU as a "crappy directional school" bet the line up to the sky, then bet HUGE on WMU near game day for maximum value. Common strategy for sharps to do so when a solid G5 school plays an over-hyped traditional P5 school.

Yeah, if that sucker gets up to 28.5 or 29 I'm dropping my week one stash on WMU

Good point.
USC is an especially popular public team in the Las Vegas Valley as well. Tons of SoCal transplants here.
Still worries me though. The square public usually waits until the week before to bet CFB. The big money that shows this far away from gameday is almost always sharp.
We shall see...

There are few things more annoying than people talking about betting lines.

One of them is when people complain about a conversation that's going on that they weren't invited to be a part of.

Do people talking about panty lines count? Or lane lines in the freeway? Or crosswalk lines? I always talk about crosswalk lines...

Can anyone confirm the injury to Bogan?? He is such an awesome young man, hopefully he will be ready to go for August! We were already without Bellamy most of last year, we need everyone in that back field!

I have it on good authority from a wonderful person, that he is already working his way back and will be ready to roll.
