they aren't mutually exclusive. It is perhaps true that those who lack severely in one may accentuate 'whatever' they have in the other... leading to some meat-heads who become body builders and some geeks who can't lift their laptops...

The biggest difference between a body builder and lots of people I know is their focus on diet and supplements that accentuate their physique... and not on their actual strength. Same with some physicists. It's their choice of conversation topics that makes them appear 'smarter' than some others.

I don't anymore. When I was still training I was 5' 10" 170lbs. I'm like 192 now so I'm pretty flabby. I still have lots of muscle tone in the upper body but the beer belly is starting to show.
