Federal appeals court upholds block on trump's travel ban

Quote:A federal appeals court has largely upheld the nationwide block of trump's executive order restricting travel from six predominantly Muslim countries.

The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday upheld a lower court ruling blocking a revised version of the executive order that the trump administration crafted to better hold up to legal scrutiny than an earlier version.

The 4th Circuit ruling said it was "unconvinced" that the order "has more to do with national security than it does with effectuating the president's proposed Muslim ban."

Yes, it isn't like you can walk into a gun store and buy a Terrorist. They have to find a way to get to the USA, they can't walk here unless they can get to Mexico somehow.
None of those countries are on the visa waiver program so they have to somehow get a visa or refugee placement.
