I think here though, had this happened a few days or weeks ago instead of a few hours ago the effect could swing the election.

But with the lateness and the number of mail-in ballots, it's likely he'll still win.

Here is the problem with what you guys think. Trump's budget could cut billions that helps farmers and ranchers that do depend on help. As it is, SNAP gets cut? People will not be able to buy food, and farmers and ranchers will have trouble selling their good. As it is, these are mainly Republicans. If you cut something that hurts their livelihood? They may vote for the Democrat just to stop that kind of spending cuts. I am seeing that Trump wants to cut these safety net programs for everybody, but will not cut spending for the special projects that does not help the average men, nor cut the corporate welfare to the oil companies and all that.

Why shouldnt SNAP get cut? Unemployment is at very low levels. There's no reason to have all of these able bodied workers on SNAP. Get to work.

Mail-in/early votes are for people who are going to vote for someone, or not vote for someone, regardless what happens during the election. So I disagree that the votes being mail-in/early is the reason.

There are sway-able voters in the state ... the question is simply if this will sway them, and how many?
