RE: CUSA on twitter
Probably not much, but more about exposure that the cusa lacks. Getting twitter as 3rd tier probably isn't a bad idea for the aac.

Yeah I agree that moving tier 3 rights to platforms like this are a good idea. Big user base.

Twitter, Youtube, and Facebook are getting into the distribution game. You can mirror your screen to your big screen like Chromecast. Additionally, services like your blu ray player, Apple TV, Roku, etc... have the Twitter app to watch on the big screen.

The Pac 12 has been streaming non-revenue sports for a year or so on Twitter.

your tv probably has the ability to download twitter app or you can stream via many ways (firestick, xbox, ps4, airplay, phone to hdmi, etc.)

These are the type of games that we'd have on espn3, but cusa is g4 conference so they have more than we do.

RE: CUSA on twitter
The first job of any conference is to get their games someplace where fans can follow them. The league really didnt do a great job with that last year. BeIn only has a 25 million or so households. ASN claims wide availability---but its actually very spotty and difficult to find with a patchwork of affiliates--many of which are not on cable or only place thier ASN content on digital OTA sub-channels .

ASN and BeIn both needed a good solid streaming platform where anyone anywhere could follow the CUSA games--preferably using a simple app on streaming devices like Roku. That was the biggest problem for fans trying to follow the CUSA conference race last year. ASN's conversion to STADIUM and its relationship with Twitter is a huge step in the right direction for giving fans better access to more games.

Nope. You can use a Twitter app on streaming devices like Roku to watch a Titter stream on your TV. It should look pretty much like any other HD stream on your big screen TV. We are getting fairly close to where content from cable and content from most streaming sources is all available to watch on your TV and is basically the considered to be the "same" from a viewers standpoint.
