Libturds have completely killed Mizzou
Well done, libturds. Well done.

Thousands of pages of correspondence reviewed exclusively by Heat Street showed that as the 2015 protests dragged on, scores of parents, alumni and sports fans vowed to turn their back on Mizzou. If this news is any indication, they’ve kept true to their word.

The race-fueled protests at the University of Missouri took a huge bite out of enrollment, with the student population dropping 35 percent since the fall 2015. Local landlords are having so much trouble finding students to rent their off-campus housing that some are offering $1,000 gift cards or major rent reductions, the Devils Lake Journal reports.

A recent Columbia City Council report found that the vacancy rate has risen to almost 10 percent in Columbia—with rates spiking to nearly 13 percent outside a one-mile radius from campus.

The Lyfe at Mizzou, a 450-bed apartment complex with a computer lab and a free shuttle to campus, has tried to entice students with $250-per-tenant gift card. It also promises students they can apply for free and sign a lease with no money down, according to the Devils Lake Journal.

Good. No. Great! There has to be consequences for those colleges that toe the Libturd line. No play stupid games you lose. I hope it continues and other presidents see the outcome when Libturds try to impose their wills on everyone not agreeing with their agendas.

Still happy this happened and at a bunch of schools across the USA. Wacky nutty libturd progs all over helped to get Trump elected. They are creating young conservatives without even realizing it which is why, one reason, Generation Z is so conservative.

Apparently it is going to result in the death of 400 jobs as well.

Edit: Where are high school students going to college in lieu of Missouri? It appears that Missouri State has only had a slight uptick in enrollment.

I'm glad this is happening. Actions have consequences in the real world. It's time that academia and the SJW's learn that lesson.

What an amazing lesson for university administrators from coast to coast. Bowing down to a few student's demands has cost Missouri millions. And since so many grads stay put in state after graduation, it impacts the State of Missouri long term.

As time goes on (but probably not anytime soon) perhaps administrators will arrest and expel those that violently restrict the university's primary mission of education.

That's really all you need. Perhaps their eyes will open one day.

Pretty much all major Missouri public schools saw record admissions last year. Missouri State is the primary beneficiary as the next largest state university, but the smaller ones like Truman State and Missouri S&T saw an uptick as well. Aside from journalism Mizzou isn't nationally elite in any particular programs so going to another school isn't a huge step down. Or depending on the school and program, it's a step up if you're willing to live in the likes of Rolla or Kirksville instead of Columbia.
