After losing 9-1 last night, App finally got the bats going again and is pounding Troy 12-0 in the 8th.

Barring a disaster, App will remain undefeated in road Sun Belt Saturday games at 5-0.

Heck of a rebound win by the Diamond Apps. A W tomorrow would be just our 2nd road conference series win of the year.

Hot take of the year of the week: Cajun baseball still good. News at 11.

UTA takes out Arkansas State 15-3. With Little Rock securing a win over South Alabama, UTA on top by two games with seven remaining.

Our pitching is just incomprehensibly bad right now. Starters can't get past 3 innings, relievers getting overused giving up runs as a result.

That's 12 straight road Sun Belt series wins for Georgia Southern. GS is 4-2 in Lafayette and 2-1 in Mobile since joining the league.

We just can't ever seem to make it through a season without getting nicked by bad conference losses.

Sounded like Cajun fans didn't take too kindly to losing a home series. GS had to cut its crowd mic on the radio broadcast.

After a "freak" win yesterday, The Bobcats return to form losing both today's game and the series to GaSt. Final 11-8.

After two days of a hitting contest, UTA wins a pitching duel 2-0, sweeps Arkansas State.

USA wins the series over Little Rock. Troy does the same over App. Coastal routs ULM.

App State has a tiebreaker over both Little Rock and Georgia State, which could be huge down the stretch.

However, the final six are against USA and Coastal, both of which will be rooting for us over the other. Need to win at least two of those six to make the tournament.
