SEAT SELECTION

You will have the opportunity to receive a seat selection call. You may select up to the number of season tickets you had during the 2016-17 season in Fifth Third Arena OR a maximum of six (6) season tickets. Any additional tickets above this will be allocated during a 2nd seat selection call at a later date.
When renewing, please list a few of your seating preferences on the renewal form in the provided area. You can do this on the paper form, online form or list these to a representative over the phone.
If you cannot take your call, the Bearcats Ticket Office will use this information to allocate your seats.
If you wish to not receive a call and have the Bearcats Ticket Office allocate seats for you, please check the "opt out" box which will be located on the renewal form. We will use your stated preferences to assign your location.
Each call date will be slotted based upon your UCATS priority rank as of June 30th, 2017.
SAVE THE DATE: You are invited to attend an Open House at BB&T Arena on June 8th to gain a preview of available seating for the 2017-18 season. Additional details will follow in the coming weeks.

In an attempt to simplify our seating options we have moved to a horizontal donation map. Seat donations will be consistent across each row of an area, as we feel this is more user friendly. Click here to see the seating chart of BB&T Arena.

Every season ticket holder will receive at least one (1) complimentary parking pass. Additional passes will be assigned per four (4) tickets. For example, 1-7 tickets will receive one (1) pass, 8-11 tickets will receive two (2) passes and so on. Parking passes will also be made available for purchase.
