I was talking to one of WMU assoc ADs yesterday. He couldn't remember the name but he was excited about an incoming QB from Missouri? Maybe I can't work a computer properly but I'm not seeing anyone like that on the signed list. I doubt he's referring to Alex Mussat (Illini transfer) because he mentioned the tapes on the kid were amazing. Can anyone set me straight?

Reece Goddard is from Missouri.

And I'm also excited about him. I really like his tape.

That kid makes Chance Stewart look like a D2 QB.

My only criticism after watching some of his film is that he sometimes doesn't put his whole body into the throw (sort of throws off his back foot when rushed). I also didn't see many times when he had to go to his second option - which he'll obviously have to do at the next level.

Otherwise, seems to have great instincts and natural ability. I like that he comes from a winning program, too.

Tim Lester spoke to a group of us last week. He said that Reece Goddard was someone that he was recruiting hard at Purdue. He is excited about him but I know that we have two new Freshmen QBs coming in that are both highly regarded!

Wassink or Flacco better separate themselves or Riddle or Goddard will be starting games by the end of the year.
