That's David Crowder. He's actually a musician from Texas, but he sings about Jesus instead of strip clubs, lady parts, and alcohol.

Hahaha. I just said out loud, "Is that Crowder?". One of the best concerts I've ever been to. Seen him a few times.
Seen him 3 times and each time better than the last. Pretty funny guy.
