Overall the Conference had a terrific 2017 Football Recruiting Season
Especially in states just outside the MAC footprint

Miami picked up the #15 rated recruits in Iowa (per Rivals)

NIU got the top Inside LB from Wisconsin & #10 ranked talent (per Rivals)

Inside the conference footprint, MAC programs got commitments frmo 7 of the top 58 Ohio Players (Toledo #34,#42,#46, #51 & #58) OHio 55 and BGSU #57.

WMU got Indiana's #12 & #13.

MAC programs got the #21(EMU) #26 (Miami) and #28 (CMU) talents from Michigan

CMU also received a commitment from the #29th ranked talent in football rich Alabama.

WMU got a commit from one of Illinois better OT's Trevor Campbell (#30)

That's alot of bang for smaller bucks than the P5 programs have to spend
