Glad EMU didn't go to the Miami Beach Bowl last December (and be blamed for its demise 03-lmfao).

The local support and its time slot were horrible. In no way can any of the teams involved be blamed for its demise. This Bowl game was a cluster f from its inception as have any other Miami area Bowl games other than the Orange Bowl.

The decision was all about money.

ESPN thought it could do better financially with the game in Frisco Texas than being raped by the Miami Port Authority or whomever owns that stadium in Florida.

Forget about this one. G5 needs to pull it together for the next bowl cycle.

Take the 4 G5 champs not in a CFP game vs. Top 25 P5 team. Make these bowls interesting again.

The Outback Bowl is already, Big Ten vs. SEC. They are not going to give that up.

Viewership is going down in those games over shadowed by the NY6 and CFP.

Its would be a lofty goal for the G5 and worthwhile if it could be done. There is not much else that would really help.

Doesn't matter...... a Big Ten/ SEC matchup will bring in more viewers and more MONEY than any G5 school. Period.

Stop living in a pipe dream.

Frisco has an awesome stadium that will be the ideal size for this bowl game. I would bank on this bowl succeeding.
