Yeah, about 12 posts ago...

Apparently my work computer didn't load the pic. I'll just keep my mouth shut

Diplo and Bob Saget are alumni, not sure how big of fans they would consider themselves, and of course Bill Cosby...

Oh yeah my bad. I liked that guy a lot. He had the highest negative rep I've ever seen. I miss him.

Incredible restraint! Went over 10 years without a single homicide while he raised a family. It should be noted that his active years were during WSaus hay day in the 80's. He stopped one year after our NCAA appearance in 89 and was arrested just before our next NCAA appearance in 2006. Now that he's in prison, WSU has righted the ship.

I know he's the best known former student. Is he actually a fan though? He only went to TU for 1 year didn't he?

I think the fan question can be raised with a number of those suggested in the original post. Is Vince McMahon an ECU fan? Anyone have a picture of Vince at a game or wearing ECU gear? I've seen Nick Lachey at UC games sports the c-paw, I know about Timberlake, and we've seen George Bush at SMU as well. Not so sure about a couple of the others.

My knees ache just looking at that old school AstroTurf.

He did. I believe he was even drafted in a round that no longer exists. But he returned to coach for a brief time.

Here's a small list I've compiled off the top of my head, feel free to add to it:

SMU- George W Bush, Kevin from the Office

Cincy- Nick Lachey

Memphis- Justin Timberlake

ECU- Vince Mcmahon

Is Nick Lachey our most famous fan though? George Clooney attended UC, has attended UC games and has donated to the university. I would argue George is much more famous than Nick. OTOH, George supports UK as well-- although if we are going to argue multiple fandoms Nick Lachey is also a USC fan as well.

I thought Clooney went to NKU. Edited to add: Apparently, he briefly went to UC as well.

Kevin Spacey showed up for a couple Navy football games when House of Cards was filming in Baltimore and Annapolis. Hung out in the midshipmen section - pretty cool. But I wasn't going to claim until I saw this:

Check out @NavalAcademy's Tweet: https://twitter.com/NavalAcademy/status/...94433?s=09

Staubach still engaged with the football program.
David Robinson attends the Navy ND football games in leprechaun gear, so we may not be able to count him anymore.
