The anti AAC bias is strong, not a single upset favoring an AAC team but numerous upsets against up, and tons of "toss ups" where our guys are huge favorites

So point to one game where I predicted an AAC loss, that you think is an easy win?

I never said that, I said you marked easy wins as toss ups, and real toss ups as losses

Houston will be the Vegas favorite for the Texas tech game, but that's an L, and we'll be double digit favorite for UTSA but that's a toss up??

Did you look at Marshall tram last year (they were trash even for c-usa standards ) but a toss up for cincy

Ask your self what was a legitimate upset you put for the AAC.. I see numerous against us

UTSA is widely considered as a program on the rise by many that cover G5 football, and the game will be on the road in front of a big crowd. Houston has many question marks this year, yet I still predict them to go 3-1 (I like the program).

Legitimate upset pick: I don't see one that will happen, but I acknowledged that UCLA/Memphis is a 'toss up.' That is the point. It is a 50/50 game. Which one would you pick? What toss ups are easy victories?

UTSA is on the rise for the c-usa standard...That doesn't make that game a toss up and tech an L..

Smu is viewed as bigger riser than UTSA and next year is viewed as their break through year as they've been stock pilling 4stars for the last few years and their best player passed on a 1-2nd Rd draft grade to come back...But tcu isn't a toss up.. and a ton of bad teams are toss ups

Remove your anti-aac bias glasses look at you ridiculous list, 1 team is fine but an entire conference of 12 teams you don't see a single upset, half the games with worse teams are toss ups for everyone and any team pericieved really debatable or bigger name Is an automatic L for EVERYONE..

Maybe it's subconscious but that list is biased

Fanhood used to be very pro AAC. He's kind of changed since the SDSU Houston game....

RE: AAC OOC Records
My beef with you is that you have ECU 0-4 fanhood. It was hard enough before now fans outside the AAC are bashing ECU. And newbie posters from Wichita St. One in paticular who even chimes in on football and has made several comments about the AAC dumping ECU from the conference. There's no way we go 0-4.

I'm a homer, but I'm seriously picking upset for the UC-Michigan game.

We should also handle Marshall decisively.

Damn......What do you know about LF that the rest of us don't?

If you don't think that date in Ann Arbor isn't circled, high-lighted, and already burned into every Bearcat player and coaches collective consciousness, you're sadly mistaken. UC returns a ton of talent that under-achieved and was under-utilized last year and a large chunk of talent that was "red-shirted" last year.

The Bearcats will bring their "A Game" to Michigan... Anything can happen.

MoO U the next week could be a trap, however. Miami will be "Up" for that game and probably hungry because UC has won 9 in a row (I think...). Not saying we lose...though if we hadn't had a coaching change, most Bearcat fans were not optimistic...but that is a rivalry game and MoO will be ready.

For that, I have no doubt. It is just that picking against a team that has gone 21-5 in two years under Harbaugh and has not lost an OOC game other than in Bowls is tough to do.......regardless of how excited the Cinci players are.

Mmmmm.....you are not paying attention. If you think that, you might be my sucker. I will tell you what, I will bet you my condo that is three blocks from the beach on Folly Beach, that SDSU is not going to be homeless. Rather, that we will have a Stadium, and campus expansion? If I lose, you get my condo. If I win, you owe me $2,000. How's that?

What are your terms? I'll probably take it if you are saying that SDSU will have a new OCS and a new campus by 2019. I don't count any Major league soccer stadiums as OCS either

Well, considering if this deal goes through SDSU is paying for half of the stadium, and is going to have land set aside for future use and campus expansion, I would stay that does it. And it won't happen by 2019. SDSU has an option to extend the lease on Qualcomm through 2020.

Bottom line, if you are reading and listening, SDSU is playing this perfectly. They will not even negotiate with the current developers. They are putting it in the Mayors hands. If the SDSU has its needs met, they will get on board the proposal If they do not, SDSU will be against it, and the proposal fails. If that happens, the redevelopment just goes for public bid, and SDSU wins again.

You should hear the current developers on the radio. Their bluster from a month ago is gone, and they are now saying "compromise." We win either way.

So basically the developers were bluffing and SDSU called their bluff? Interesting....what were they initially saying they were going to do with the Q site? Also, explain the 2020 extension because I read an article saying SDSU is talking to the Padres for 2019.

SDSU could not excercise the option and play at Petco in the event that they don't get onboard the current plan. The AD has said this many times.

Yes, SDSU called their bluff. First, FA Investors said the deal had to be approved by the City Council by June 30th and not go to a vote. They said if it went to Abbott, they would be out. Now, they are changing their tune and fully support a public vote. They changed their kinda since the Mayor and the Council would not support the initiative without SDSU being on board. Now, SDSU will only speak with the Mayor. If SDSU gets what they want, they will be on board the current proposal. If they do not, they won't, and it is likely to fail. SDSU cannot public ally oppose any initiative, However, the AD said on the radio today that they are in contact with many other developers, but are waiting on what the Mayor does.

So I just googled this topic and read an article from last Thursday from the San Diego union tribune:
"It wasn't wise that SDSU wasn't talking with the soccer city people."
"The school is talking with them now about sharing a 30,000 seat stadium"
and this quote that it's "likely " that 2018 will be the last year of the Q.
Not exactly what you are saying but sounds better than no stadium at all. Sucks to share with a MLS team IMHO, but better than nothing.

Ok, why would it suck to share with MLS soccer? I can see it sucking to share with an NFL team because you are second class tenants but this would seem to be two equal partners with seasons that complement each other. No?

Yup, we have all read that article. AD has debunked it on radio no less than five times.

Like I said, proposal only gets Mayors support with SDSU onboard. Sure, we would "share" the stadium, but we would own it. The issues are Stadium size, faculty office space, student housing, and costs. Under the current proposal, SDSU would own the stadium, but would not get revenue from every event. SDSU says BS to that. Like I said, this thing is dead without SDSUsbendorsement, and the developers know that.

For the record, the SDUT sports section to FS Investors is like CNN to Hillary Clinton's Presidential Campaign....a mouth piece. And the guy that wrote the article , Kevin Acee, has been wrong on every issue for the past two years. He said here was no way the Chargers were leaving and cited "sources" that said a new stadium deal was reached then four hours later the Chargers announced they were leaving.

Are you taking the bet? SDSU is playing in a new stadium that it owns and has ability to expand its campus at that site by 2021.

his bias knows no bounds..found not 1 upset in the AAC but found plenty in the MWC

3-9 utah state, over 7-6 wake forest
colorado state (who lost to anyone remotely decent team last year) over oregon state
byu (who is projected top 25 next season)..losses to both boise and hawaii and toss up with Utah state???
Wyoming over oregon?? in what world???? even on a bad year

i wouldnt even mind his picks if they werent so blindly biased. cant find 1 upset in the entire AAC (conference not his own, and viewed as better than his)...but found plenty in the conference he roots for and for his team
