UCLA and UA refused to participate in a challenge with the Big East. No way they agree to a challenge with the AAC.
Thanks for the input pooky. I do miss skull dragging you guys annually in fb and hoops.

the Pac 12 wont schedule this because there aren't enough big brand names in this conference. UConn, Cincy, and memphis are the only schools that most of big name basketball schools of the PAC 12 will want to play in a challenge format. And UConn and memphis are struggling rn so that decreases the chance that they would do this. WSU is too risky for a lot of schools rn.
The PAC 12 also won't do it because it doesn't make sense geographically or historically. Look and see all the PAC 12 teams who go to MWC arenas every year. Its because the PAC and MWC are neighbors. Colorado regularly goes to Colorado St and Wyoming, Arizona regularly goes to New Mexico. UNLV gets several PAC home games per year. (Duke played at UNLV last year; @$&?!) Without looking I'm guessing SDSU gets PAC schools coming to them next year. Boise gets Utah and the NW schools at home regularly. It makes sense due to geography. The AAC and PAC make no sense as a challenge. I want the ACC!
oh the ACC would be a dream, and we get Cuse. no exceptions
For Uconn: exCuse, Boston Creampuff & sPitt.

We don't need them to. UC just inked a home and home with UCLA.
SMU has USC at home next year too
Excellent. Rutgers fan kills me. No sports teams to talk about so he has to show up constantly to pick apart others. Must be boring having such a gawdawful AD department.
I have the Yankees and the Giants. No sports teams to talk about? Sooo boring watching my teams win actual championships.

RE: AAC/Pac 12 Challenge
Just because one or two Pac schools schedule you in OOC play doesn't mean they would be up for playing you in an annual challenge. UCLA and Arizona refused to sign onto a challenge with the Big East even though UCLA had played St. John's in a H&H and Zona played @ St. John's.
You can talk yourselves into anything but that doesn't mean it's even close to acyually happening.

Just shut up now, it is embarrassing. PAC teams are signing home and homes with schools in this conference. No clue why they wont play BEAST teams and don't care. No one cares about Rutgers.

RE: AAC/Pac 12 Challenge
So reading through this thread we have established two things:
1. The PAC probably isn't going to agree to a PAC/AAC challenge despite scheduling one and one's with multiple AAC teams.
2. Rutgers is indeed akin to a crack whore who found the winning lottery ticket in an alley.
any questions?

Didn't Rutgers pay this scholar $32,000 to impart wisdom to it's students?

Cool, keep telling yourselves that the Pac challenge is on it's way. Just remember every Rutgers joke you tell makes you one step closer to the B1G kicking us out and adding your favorite school!
