With the score tied in the bottom of the 11th, 2 outs, and based loaded, this happened:

That's an absolutely terrible call.

Charlotte won 6-4 in the 12th.

Not that WKU baseball will be playing in Omaha and nothing against Charlotte that was not even close to being out. Bang bang was bang hold on then bang.

We suck pretty bad in baseball this year.

That umpire sucks. Terrible call.

Holy crap that is one of the worst calls I think I have ever seen. Not that I truely care if we lost. Sometimes losses are good if it spurs a quicker change in our program

Was there Saturday for the end, we had 2 guys on base with 1 out in extra inning and what do we do? Hit into a double play then we immediately give up a home run top of the 11th...If that doesn't summarize our season, not sure what does?

It seems like Charlotte is usually on the losing end of calls like this, so I won't complain. Still a bad call though. I don't think either side was impressed by this weekend's crew.

Please tell me a few coaches got ejected after arguing that call...that's the worst I've ever seen.

"He looked out to me" said a few Charlotte fans with extremely green glasses on.

That is one of the worst obviously missed calls that I have seen in a long time. I hope your coach gave him enough of an earful to get the boot.

We got the winning end of a horrible call, that is a first in CUSA 3.0.

Yep, usually we pull a Niner and crap goes downhill fast. May not have been the correct call, but we'll take it this one time.

The same ump, Thomas Walkoviak, called our pitcher for 3 very questionable Balks on Friday. Yes 3 Balks!! 2 in the same inning which allowed WKU to score 2 runs. He hadn't had any called on him all season. It turned out not to matter much because we won 16-5. Not to mention several other crappy calls this past weekend.

Hopefully he doesn't call any more of our games. The league statement should have said that he will no longer call our conference games.
