Sure, why keep a MOAB on US soil where you would never use it. But to insinuate where it was intended is f'd up.

I don't get it though. It was developed & tested under Obama. It's a super bunker-buster, that's all it is. We bunker busted all the time under both presidents. Obama's critique by some was that he was too cautious to put troops in and wanted to play the distance game. I do not see how using a super bunker-buster would be heeded by him -- nothing indicates that. Heck, we may have, but not on the record (tons of stuff is done off the record) -- but the reason we Displayed that was to flex our muscles to NK and Syria... which yeah, that's something that Obama, for better or worse, wanted not to do.

not sure how "flexing your muscles", i.e. dropping a giant bomb, is gonna help w North Korea. Here's a country that was invaded by Japan and put into slavery for 2 generations, then caught up in World Wart 2, the cold war, a war with the US, a long time hair trigger stand off w South Korea and the US and deteriorating relationships with the surrounding giant militaries of China and Russia. This little isolated country surrounded by military powers, paranoid as hell (for good reason after 4 generations of war or the brink of war), is not gonna change their military and political culture because some country that's already invaded them and has them surrounded with massive weaponry drops some big bomb a few thousand miles away. War begets war, especially when you have 2 countries that have only known war playing chicken. All they know is how not to blink.
