Question Baseball weekend 4/13-4/15
Thursday-Friday-Saturday Series for Easter weekend

Will the GS - App series be on ESPN 3 or only the Sunday game? After watching Southern and Troy I wouldn't be surprised to see GS sweep.

Watched App and UT-A last weekend and was fairly disappointed. UT-A tried what is done in little league when a man is on first and third (the man on first steals to second). App fell for it and the runner on third scored....

Microcosm of what seems to be a program stuck in a rut since Chris Pollard left for Duke.

According to the conference website, all three games will be on ESPN3. Interesting choice by ESPN3 when Coastal @ South is this weekend.

Don't worry, we couldn't sweep ULM and completely imploded when we had a chance to sweep Troy last Sunday.

Oddly enough, Arkansas State has very good numbers overall against Gunner Leger. We've beaten him twice, including once last season.

Yep, wouldn't except anything else with them being homers. They should be as they are selling your program and catering to your fans. Audio doenst bother me, worst case scenario I mute it.

We do sync to our radio feed. I've seen a few fans of other teams on social media complain about the broadcast as if it should be neutral. Just wanted to make sure no one expected that. They do give credit where credit is due however. They are good, just homers.

Especially ours, where I paid for the spring service and then they decided to give all the streams away for free.03-pissed

Just for clarification, the LA stream is not synced with radio. Dan McDonald does the video broadcasts.

Sorry, didn't know that as I'm at the games. I did listen to softball so assumed baseball was the same.

To me the neutral call require independent announcers and that's not going to happen for most programs doing individual streaming services. I've been hoping the university would take the advice of a consultant we had a couple of years ago and buy production equipment to provide high quality broadcasts for as many sports as possible (under the radio/TV program at the university) and market it ourselves away from the sidearm program we currently use.

Wildly enough, AState is actually hitting Leger a little bit. 4 hits through 3 innings, but no runs. Problem is, we made an error and gave up 2 first inning runs, and I'm not sure we will be able to score two off their pitching.
