Brag about your school!
What moment shines the brightest in your school's athletic history.

Brag away, but only pick one moment!

RE: Brag about your school!
I could brag a lot about our basketball accomplishments, but the one thing I am really proud of is how the football program at UC rose from the ashes to go to two BCS Bowls and be a fixture in the top 25 from 2007-2012. The program took a bit of a hit during the Tuberville era (and ouster from the Big East), but we'll be back. To me, nothing captures our rise better than this video one of our fans did a few years back

For all of you who think that Rutgers has 100+ years of nothing but losing:

1975-76. Undefeated basketball season. Final Four.
1976 Undefeated football season. Ranked #17 in the country playing mostly a 1AA schedule.

2005 Elite Eight: Illinois was down by 15 to Arizona with less than 4 minutes to go in the game... and came all the way to win in OT to get to the Final Four:

Grantland (RIP) had a great retrospective on the 10th anniversary of one of the greatest comebacks in college basketball history:

http://grantland.com/the-triangle/elite-...ars-later/

That was one of the most stunning things that I've ever seen as a sports fan on an objective basis (e.g. if I didn't even personally care about Illinois or Arizona, it would have still been an unforgettable game as a neutral sports fan). The fact that my school was the one that made that comeback was unbelievable. I was literally shaking for hours after that game from the whole range of human emotion (where we had swung from thinking that our dreams were completely crushed to the highest of highs in the span of 4 minutes). The only other moment as a sports fan that matched that for me was Michael Jordan hitting the title-winning shot in Game 6 of the NBA Finals (as I was always a massive Bulls fan as a native Chicagoan).

I went to what is now CSU-Pueblo. Their biggest accomplishment is winning the D2 football national championship seven years after restarting the program.

I'm going with the 1964 NCAA tournament when we defeated Kentucky & Louisville in the same tournament to reach the Elite 8.

Its one thing to make a Sweet 16 or something benefiting from a busted bracket. Its entirely different doing it taking out blue bloods, IMO.

In 2003, NIU football beat Maryland and Iowa State at home and Alabama on the road, rising as high as #12 in the polls. (And NIU is 1-0 vs the Crimson Tide.)

Near the end of a fourth overtime in Lake Placid, Bowling Green's Gino Cavallini scored on Minnesota-Duluth, winning the 1984 Division I national championship in men's ice hockey for the Falcons.

The fact that for the past five, soon to be six seasons Clemson Football is the only program to finish in the Top 25 of both the on the field and APR rankings.
