There are like 2 million residents in the Las Vegas metro area now. It's still a transient population, but less so than it used to be.

I think they'll do fine personally, though I suspect they'll always have a lot of visiting fans in the seats. It's one game many people are going to want to travel to each year.

When in Vegas I'm there for gambling not to watch a football game.

It will be a good place to host the Super Bowl.

It would certainly help reduce or cut out completely the annual travel costs for the 'professional female hostesses' that flock to the event for sure. Kind of like having a medical convention *at* the Houston Med Center......

UNLV is planning to use this new stadium, as well.

So if the stadium is finished on time and nothing changes, La Tech will play in the first ever collegiate game in the Raiders' new stadium. We owe UNLV a return trip which is scheduled for week 1 of 2020.

That's old Vegas and Baby Boomer generation. Revenue from gaming has been on steady decline for years. X'ers and Millennials don't gamble as much and Vegas is taking notice and placing more emphasis other types of entertainment shows, clubs, pools, tours

Yeah I went to Vegas for the first time last year. Didn't gamble once. I was born 1980 so probably fit that stereotype.
