Of course not, because it was determined LATER to be incorrect! But as the report states, at the time (again...just shortly after the attack) she was just passing along what the intelligence reports were saying happened.

So why were there folks in the State Dept who had spoke with their people in Libya thinking that Rice was and I quote "off the reservation"?
