Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka influenced her father’s decision to launch military action in Syria, according the President’s son.

Eric Trump said that he was “sure” his sister, who acts in an official capacity as Assistant to the President, played a part in America’s response to last week’s chemical weapons incident that killed 89 people – including women and babies.

I'm really trying to see how this is a bad thing. As someone who has served in a leadership position I learned early on that you were a fool to discount any advice simply because of the person who was providing it. Only a fool disregards the opinion of someone considered a neophyte because often the neophyte has an opinion that's not corrupted by some sort of ideology.
