If UC bows out early all the fun of the tourney is over for me.
Couple that with knowing the Reds are going to blow this year and XU winning...
Just win baby.

Makes that win @ Iowa State all the more impressive. That experience (plus the road game at Butler) is going to do wonders for this team in the tourney.

Yeah, Kansas State is no joke. I didn't know a whole lot about them going into the tourney, but looking at their schedule, they beat WVU, Baylor twice, and lost their 2 games to Kansas by a combined 5 points. They also have a couple of head-scratching losses though.

I think Wake would have been a better draw for us, but this is what March is all about... You have to beat the team you are placed up against.
I am hopeful, but KState is going to be a tough game.

Go UC!
K-State was the better team but Wake Forest scared me because they could get hot or score all their points from the foul line if the officials decided to take over the game. I feel this coaching staff is better suited at prepping for K-State who plays a style based on defense, hard work, and offensive balance. K-State seems like a better version of UConn and Tulsa which means UC is going to have to grind it out but should have the better players and win by 8 to 10.
